Within our return process, for U.S. orders, our customer-friendly return standard is a 30-day no-reason return and exchange policy beginning on the delivery date.

Exchanges

Within the customer-care process, approved exchanges are available during the same 30-day period. We may ship the replacement after the returned item is received or otherwise resolve the exchange with you.

Return Condition

For an approved return or exchange, Except for an item returned because of a quality issue, an item should be returned with its original packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase and should not show avoidable use or damage.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

To keep eligibility clear, we provide a prepaid return shipping label and pay the return shipping cost for both change-of-mind or other no-reason returns and returns involving damaged, defective, incorrect, missing, or other quality-issue items.

Refunds

Under this Refund Policy, after we receive and inspect the return, an approved refund is issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear after it is issued; financial-institution posting times may vary.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

For a predictable review process, The no-reason non-returnable categories are custom-made goods, clearance items or Final Sale items, gift cards, and opened intimate or hygiene-sensitive items. These exclusions do not limit remedies for damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items where applicable law provides protection.
